I've purchased tools here (Iron and Oak splitter, Husqvarna chain saw and backpack blower) and had tools serviced here (both maintenance and warranty repairs). Always friendly and courteous.

Camino power tool (IN CAMINO)is a complete joke! Horrible business practices! If I could give a half a star I would. I called this establishment about 3 weeks ago to order a part. Bill (the owner) helped me figure out and order the part over the phone and then a family member showed up the pay for it and ($14 shipping) before it was ordered. He told me it would be there in the next day or 2. After 2 weeks I called to inquire just to find out the part wasn't ordered! The Owner (Bill) called to apologize and blame the "minimum wage workers" for the snafu and told me it should be here the next day.... and it was.... unfortunately it was the wrong part! When I called him to simply fix this issue I was told that it was my fault and "I brought in the part and he order straight off the part number (NOT TRUE AT ALL). He also let me know that he would not be helping me in any way and hung up on me..... after 7 plus calls back to resolve this issue like adults he proceeded to tell me that "I was a bad person he didn't want my business and he will be calling the cops on me for calling his establishment so many times". I'm not sure how someone can run a business in such a small town like that. What I didn't tell him is that I work for an organization that spends lots of money at his shop and I will be doing everything in my power to change that. When looking for parts I think you should pass on Camino Power tool (in Camino) and (Bill) should go to some classes on customer service. .... Pass it on
